The choice of instrumentation was based on the character design (boss Coral Riff). As for the BPM, it corresponds to the animation time of the character's movement.

About the composition, It's an experiment that revolves around the bass to which I decided to give it a more cantabile approach instead of just playing the root notes mixed with elements of OSTs that I enjoy like Death's Door and Hollow Knight and also dungeon music from several JRPGs.

Very little by little I'm encouraging myself to use synths.
